Is hair loss from using lice shampoo normal? And will it go away?

After using lice shampoo, my hair seems like it has been falling out a few strands more at a time. Will this hair loss stop soon? Or how can I stop it? Anything I can eat?Is hair loss from using lice shampoo normal? And will it go away?
its natural to loose hair everyday even by washing it and brushing it, i wouldn't worry and expecially with the comb u have to use u are bound to loose alot, i know i do as the combs fine toothed so kinda rips out your hair,Is hair loss from using lice shampoo normal? And will it go away?
