What is the best shampoo to use for postpartum hair loss?

my daughter is almost 6 months old and my hair started falling out 2 months ago and really really really oh did i say really bad?!!! anywho yah yah it's normal i know and there is nothing you can do to stop it but is there a good shampoo to use that any one knows of? also how long does this hair drama last for? thanks ladies mamas or anyone one out there who is answering my question.What is the best shampoo to use for postpartum hair loss?
My hair comes out in wads, on a regular basis. It's tied to stress, anemia, B-vitamins and an auto-immune issue.





The only time I've ever had ';good'; hair was when I was pregnant and taking loads of vitamins! It was halfway down my back and healthy.





My hair comes out when I'm anemic. It's handfuls, and it's frightening. I take a B-100 vitamin and eat fish, liver and try to sleep. I also switch shampoos. My current is Suave's Coconut. (It was in the house.) I've also laid off the conditioner. I was using Fructis and it made my hair waxy. I'd rather brush the natural oils through. On my next shopping trip, I'm looking for a different conditioner. My last shampoo yielded almost no hair. A few strands, so I'm doing the right thing.

There is a shampoo and conditioner combo that supposedly prevents hair loss and thickens thinning hair. It's called Nioxin. I use it on my hair and I definitely notice that my hair has more volume when I use it. I would suggest it but it's kinda expensive.
