Has anyone tried garlic shampoo for hair loss?

I was told garlic shampoo helps hair grow. However, I bought a bottle and it smells like garlic! Also, I highlight my hair every three months. So I am afraid to use it. Anyone try the stuff? Should I just return it?Has anyone tried garlic shampoo for hair loss?

No but I have heard that red vinegar can prevent hair loss.

Somthing about neutralizing the chemicals that kill the roots? I dont know. but there are many home remedies that work.

Many that dont..
ha ha.. i hate garlic smell.. if the shampoo smells lik garlic.. it might leavev the flavor in your hair right.. how can you go around smelling like garlic... or you may havev to use a conditioner which really smells out.. may be something from herbal essence which has flavors...

but i am not sure how far it works for hair loss though....
That is so funny...........you bought garlic shampoo and it smell like garlic ????????????????? i'm surprised.

I never heard about it but i will give some thought since my hair is falling aout for no reason apparent to me
well, I wouldn't want to go round smelling like Garlic.

Try Nioxin, you can get it at your beauty supply. It helps keep the follicles clean and smells nice.

You don't say your age but from 36 on women go thru hormonal changes that can cause hair loss. In this case see your MD
